  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a zip-top bag or dish and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
