  • 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or St. Louis style)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, and other spices. Rub the mixture over the ribs.
  3. Pour apple cider vinegar and a splash of water into the Instant Pot.
  4. Place seasoned ribs upright in the pot on a rack or crumpled foil. Lock the lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  5. Allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
  6. Brush barbecue sauce on both sides of the ribs and broil in the oven at high for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and slightly charred.
