Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a saucepan, combine water and butter, melting over medium heat. Stir in flour until a ball forms; remove from heat and cool slightly.

  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; mix in vanilla. Once puffs cool, fill them with whipped cream and dust with powdered sugar.
