Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, beat melted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon juice and zest.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and dusting with powdered sugar.
