  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Cooked rice or noodles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping lemongrass, garlic, and ginger. Slice chicken into thin strips and chop vegetables.
  2. Marinate chicken strips in a bowl with minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and lime juice for at least 15 minutes.
