  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, torn into chunks

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. If using tomato sauce, spread it evenly over the flatbread; otherwise, layer the sliced tomatoes directly.
  4. Scatter the mozzarella generously over the tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, and the edges are crispy.
