Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth. Gradually add to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Divide batter into prepared pans and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool cakes slightly; poke holes in each with a fork. Mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Pour over cakes to soak.
  6. Chill for at least one hour; top with whipped cream before serving.
