  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and 1 tsp paprika to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the garlic and shredding the cheese.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika; cook until golden brown and no longer pink inside (about 6-8 minutes per side).
