  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped Oreos, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips gently using a spatula.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them at least two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
