  • 2 cups tortilla chips

  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.

  4. Layer half of the tortilla chips in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with half of the beef mixture and half of the cheese.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly, then top with sour cream and fresh cilantro before serving.
