  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional toppings: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over half of the dough, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously.
  4. Add Italian seasoning and any additional toppings before folding the dough over to seal.
  5. Cut into strips about 1 inch wide and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
