  • 4 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 cup caramelized onions
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place a spoonful of caramelized onions and a piece of brie on each square. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  5. Whisk the egg with water and brush over each sealed pastry.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
