Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the oat topping over it.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown on top and your kitchen smells like autumn.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
