  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Pat the pork tenderloin dry; season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the tenderloin in a hot oven-safe skillet with olive oil for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour half the marinade over the pork; transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest under foil for 10 minutes before slicing.
