  1. Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the bittersweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in mini marshmallows and chopped nuts until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Once firm, lift the fudge out using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
