  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Sauté chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, sautéed onions, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  4. Fill each muffin cup three-quarters full with the mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
