  • 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; rub on both sides of the ribs.
  3. Pour barbecue sauce into the slow cooker, then add apple cider vinegar and brown sugar; stir to combine.
  4. Place seasoned ribs in the slow cooker on top of the sauce mixture.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  6. Transfer cooked ribs to a baking sheet, brush with extra barbecue sauce, and broil for 5-7 minutes for a caramelized finish.
