  • 9 Lasagna Sheets
  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant; add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, combine sautéed spinach, ricotta, parmesan, egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each lasagna sheet with about 2 tablespoons of filling, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish with marinara sauce.
  5. Pour remaining marinara on top and sprinkle with parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
