  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and sesame oil.
  3. Toss chicken pieces in the marinade and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add marinated chicken in batches and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Pour remaining marinade into the pan with cooked chicken; simmer for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
