  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Spread cooked beef evenly on the dough. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses followed by diced tomatoes and salsa.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Once baked, add shredded lettuce, green onions, and dollops of sour cream.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares. Serve with extra salsa on the side.
