  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup feta or mozzarella cheese, crumbled or cubed

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Add tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and mix well. Add cheese and allow it to melt slightly into the sauce.
  6. Fold in the cooked pasta gently until evenly coated. Simmer for 2-3 minutes before serving.
