  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (5g)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (5g)
  • 1 tsp salt (5g)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (2.5g)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly, then cut into even wedges.
  2. Soak wedges in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat dry the wedges completely.
  4. In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned wedges in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
