  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice beef sirloin thinly against the grain and chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and rice vinegar; set aside.
  3. Preheat Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat with sesame oil. Cook sliced beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add broccoli florets; stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until bright green.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture; stir for 1-2 minutes until well-coated and thickened.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions over steamed rice or noodles.
