  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp water (for steaming)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping broccoli into bite-sized pieces and setting aside the ground beef.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet; sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toss in broccoli florets and add water; cover and steam for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and sesame oil; pour over the beef-broccoli mixture and stir until well coated.
  6. Remove from heat, adjust seasoning if needed, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
