  • 1 cup plain or Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked onions, ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
