  • 1/4 cup cream or coconut milk
  • 6 fresh sage leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese, chopped sage, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Stir in garlic for one minute.
  5. Add pumpkin puree, chicken broth, and cream/coconut milk to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
