  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients: chop bell peppers, onion, and mince garlic.
  2. Season both sides of each chicken breast generously with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the seasoned chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
