Halloween Mummy Rice Krispie Treats are the ultimate festive dessert that brings joy to your Halloween celebrations! These gooey, marshmallowy delights are cloaked in a sweet white chocolate wrap and topped with candy eyes, making them not only delicious but also visually appealing.   • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 12 oz white chocolate melts
  • Candy eyes (for decoration)
  • Cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish. Press down firmly using wax paper or greased hands.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate melts in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring in between.
  6. Cut the cooled Rice Krispie treats into rectangles. Dip half of each rectangle into melted white chocolate and place candy eyes on top before it sets.
