  • 2 cups diced celery

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Chop the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic into bite-sized pieces.
