  • 2 tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (450°F/232°C).
  2. Rub both sides of the Tomahawk Steak generously with sea salt and black pepper. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  4. Move the steak to indirect heat, cover the grill, and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, about 20-30 minutes.
