- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- Zest and juice of 2 fresh lemons
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
