Instructions

  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
  4. Whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, zest, flour, and baking powder until smooth; gently fold in raspberries.
  5. Pour filling over baked crust; bake for another 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Let cool completely before slicing; chill in the fridge for cleaner cuts.
