  • 1 small jalapeño pepper (seeded and quartered)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Rinse tomatillos under cool water after removing their husks. Cut them into quarters.
  2. In a food processor, combine tomatillos and jalapeño; pulse until chunky.
  3. Add avocados and blend until combined but still slightly chunky.
  4. Mix in lime juice and cilantro; pulse gently until incorporated.
  5. Season with salt to taste and stir lightly before serving.
