Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan flat side down and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and juice until smooth.
  4. Apply half of the glaze generously over the ham.
  5. Bake uncovered for approximately 15 minutes per pound, basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze until caramelized and internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  6. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes before slicing.
